How to update your credit card on file
- Open your Account
- Click the 'Update credit card' link under the 'Billing' section
- Enter your new card information and click 'Update Credit Card'
How to cancel your subscription
- Log in and open your Account
- Click the 'View or cancel subscription' link under 'Billing'
- Click the 'Cancel subscription' link under the subscription you want to cancel
Note: In cases where a third party provides access, the cancel option might not be available. Send us an email at support@mypodplan.co.uk, and we'll handle the cancellation for you.
Please keep in mind that cancellations take effect at the conclusion of the monthly billing term.
How to navigate around the content
The best way to explore the platform is by logging in and starting at the dashboard. Use the navigation bar for quick access to all key sections.
How to view your charge history
- Open your Account
- Click the 'View payment method' link in the 'Billing' section\
- Enter the new card details and click 'Update Payment Method'
How to change your password
- Open your Account
- Click the 'Change your password' link under the 'Your details' section:
- Fill in the form and click 'Update Password'
How to edit your profile information
- Open your Account
- Click on 'Edit your profile' under the Your details section
- Change any information you want then click 'Update Details' at the bottom.
How to edit your email address
- Open your Account
- Click the 'Change your email' link under Your details
- Fill in the form and click 'Update Email'
- You will see an email confirmation message popup appear
- Open the email in your inbox and click the 'Click Here' link to confirm the change.
How to change your subscription level
There are two ways to change your subscription:
Option 1:
- Open your Account from the navigation bar.
- Under the Subscriptions section, click Join new subscription plan or Change subscription plan.
- The Join new subscription plan button will only appear if another subscription level is available for you to join.
- Please note: If a company pays for your Podplan subscription and you switch to a new plan, you may need to enter your credit card information to cover the subscription personally. Your previous subscription will remain listed in the Subscriptions section of your Account unless manually removed by a Podplan team admin.
Option 2:
- Go to Pod Support from the dashboard.
- Click Upgrade My Subscription and follow the steps. If you already have access to Premium features, you’ll see a message that says, "You don't need to upgrade."
How to log out
- Open your Account
- Click the 'Log out' link in the Your details section to log out of your account
