If your access to Podplan was provided by a company, some features may be restricted. To unlock all features, you’ll need to upgrade to a premium plan, which costs £5 per month. If you're already a premium member and are having trouble accessing a feature, please reach out—we’re happy to help. Contact us here
Head to your Account, go to the Billing section and select "Update payment method." Enter your new card details and click "Save".
There are 5 devices that can join to your account at the same time, so you can give your email address and password to 4 other family members. If more than 5 devices try to connect to your account at the same time, the first device connected will automatically log out. You can learn more about PodForAll here.
The PodVault is a secure repository within Podplan where you can store important details for your family. It's designed for easy access by your family members in case of emergencies. To use the vault, make sure you are logged in, click the Enter the vault button on the navigation bar, and follow the prompts. If you don’t have access to the PodVault, simply upgrade to Podplan Premium.
