Sign up and Log in

I have been given free access to Podplan, but when I try to sign up, I’m asked for payment information. Why?

If this happens, it's probably because you're trying to use the paid sign-up link for the public on our website. Use the unique sign-up link your company received (contact your financial adviser, HR, or benefits team) to gain free access to Podplan. Once you sign up using this link, our website will allow you to log in without requiring payment details.

Am I tied into a contract?

There are no minimum-term commitments. You can cancel your subscription at any time but we are confident that you won't want to!

What happens if the subsciption price changes?

The price you sign up for is the price you'll continue to pay, even if our subscription rates increase in the future. Should you decide to cancel and then decide to rejoin, you will be required to pay the current price that appears on our website. We reserve the right to change the prices for PodPlanPlus and charge you at the displayed rate at the time of purchase.

I accidentally tried to sign up on the website, and now my free access link won't work. What should I do?

If you began signing up but stopped at the payment screen, your sign-up attempt may be marked as "abandoned," preventing your free access link from working. To resolve this, email us at support@mypodplan.co.uk and request the deletion of your details. After we confirm the deletion, clear your browser’s cache and sign up again using your company’s free access link.

How do I sign up to Podplan Premium?

If you are a new member, create a premium account here. Simply follow the prompts to enter your payment information and complete your registration. Once registered, you can log in by clicking the log in button located in the navigation bar.

If you already have free access and want to unlock premium features, you can easily upgrade by heading to the dashboard, click on PodSupport -> Upgrade My Subscription and enter your payment details.

I can’t log in to my member account.

If you've forgotten your password, click on the "Forgot Password" link on the login page and follow the instructions sent to your email to reset it. If you're still having trouble, contact our support team for assistance. Email us at support@mypodplan.co.uk

Can I buy PodPlanPlus by itself?

No, PodPlanPlus is only available to premium members and select members who have access through our corporate partners. It cannot be purchased separately.

What is the PodVault, and how can I use it?

The PodVault is a secure repository within Podplan where you can store important details for your family. It's designed for easy access by your family members in case of emergencies. To use the vault, make sure you are logged in, click the Enter the vault button on the navigation bar, and follow the prompts. If you don’t have access to the PodVault, simply upgrade to Podplan Premium.

How does access work for other family members?

You can connect up to 5 devices to your account simultaneously by sharing the email address and password you used to sign up with family members. They can then log in through our website. The oldest connection will automatically log out if a sixth device attempts to connect.

Can family members who live abroad use Podplan?

Yes, anyone with an internet connection can access Podplan from anywhere in the world.

I would like to talk to someone—is that included?

For in-depth guidance on personal matters, consider upgrading to PodPlanPlus. With this upgrade, you can schedule a private 45-minute call with one of our expert team members. Just log in and go to the PodPlanPlus section within Pod Support on your dashboard for more details.

When might I use PodPlanPlus?

Members add PodPlanPlus for various reasons—whether to review their planning tasks or to seek advice on navigating a specific situation. Please note that we do not provide medical, financial planning, or legal advice  (except via PodLegal for the creation of Wills and Powers of Attorney).

Do you provide medical advice?

We are not qualified to offer medical advice. However, we can help you understand what kind of support you can expect from local authorities and the NHS.

Do you provide financial advice?

We are not a regulated financial advisory firm, so we don’t offer personalised financial advice. Our content is designed to provide general information, such as the costs of care services and tools to help you begin planning for support. If needed, we can connect you with financial advisers who specialise in later-life funding and can offer tailored advice.

How does a subscription service work?

A subscription service allows you to access a product or service by paying a regular fee. You'll be billed automatically until you choose to cancel. During the signup process, you'll be asked to enter your payment card information.

Cancellation & Guarantee

Do you offer refunds?

We want you to feel confident in your investment, so we offer a 7-day, no-questions-asked guarantee on your first-time subscription, excluding PodPlanPlus. Please note that the guarantee becomes void if you download any content from our site.

How do I get my money back if I change my mind?

If you change your mind within 7 day, simply email us at support@mypodplan.co.uk, and we’ll process your refund.

Does the refund guarantee include PodPlanPlus?

No, our money-back guarantee only applies to Podplan premium, which is £5/month. PodPlanPlus is excluded.

How can I cancel my subscription?

To cancel, log in to your account, navigate to Account Settings -> Billing, and select "View or cancel subscription." Follow the prompts to confirm. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. If your access is provided through a third party and the cancel option isn't available, email us at support@mypodplan.co.uk, and we'll take care of it for you.
