Podplan is available exclusively through our approved corporate partners. Access is managed through the organisation that sponsors your account. If your access was provided by an employer, financial adviser, insurer or other organisation and you are no longer connected to them — or they are no longer an active partner — your access may have ended.
If you believe your access should still be active, please contact us and we’ll review your account.
Our system requires your password to be a minimum of 8 characters. For added security, we recommend including a mix of numbers and special characters (like !, @, or £).
At Podplan, protecting your personal information is a top priority. A strong password ensures that only you can access your account, so it's best to avoid using easily guessed information like your name or date of birth.
If you need help creating a secure password, a trusted password manager can generate and store one for you.
No. PodPlanPlus consultations are exclusively available to individuals who access Podplan through one of our approved corporate partners. They are not sold as standalone services.
If you already have access to Podplan but your membership does not include complimentary consultations, you may still choose to book and pay for a session from within the platform. Consultation pricing is visible inside the PodSupport -> PodPlanPlus section of your dashboard.
If you've forgotten your password, click on the "Forgot Password" link on the login page and follow the instructions sent to your email to reset it. If you're still having trouble, contact our support team for assistance. Email us at support@mypodplan.co.uk
Premium access is typically provided through our corporate partners. If you can see Premium features but don’t currently have access, it means your sponsoring organisation hasn’t included Premium in your membership.
You can still upgrade at any time within the platform:
• Click on any Premium feature — you’ll be taken to the upgrade page where you can view what’s included.
• Add your payment details to upgrade.
Your Premium features will be activated immediately after payment.
If you’re unsure whether your organisation includes Premium, feel free to check with them or get in touch with us.

We are not a regulated financial advisory firm, so we don’t offer personalised financial advice. Our content is designed to provide general information, such as the costs of care services and tools to help you begin planning for support. If needed, we can connect you with financial advisers who specialise in later-life funding and can offer tailored advice.
We are not qualified to offer medical advice. However, we can help you understand what kind of support you can expect from local authorities and the NHS.
Members typically book PodPlanPlus consultations when they want structured guidance on progressing their planning — whether that’s reviewing completed tasks, prioritising next steps, or navigating a specific later-life situation with confidence.
Consultations provide practical support and clarity on next steps. They do not include medical, regulated financial planning, or legal advice (except through PodLegal for the creation of Wills and Powers ofAttorney).

Yes, anyone with an internet connection can access Podplan from anywhere in the world.
You can share access to Podplan with up to four family members for free. Each family member you invite gets their own secure Podplan login — so they can explore guides, receive PodPost tips, and access shared information independently.
Everyone sees the same resources available on the main members plan, but only the main account holder controls whose invited.
When you send an invite, your family member will:
1️⃣ Receive an email with a personal link to join (expires after 7 days).
2️⃣ Create their own password and login details.
3️⃣ Start receiving weekly PodPost tips automatically.
To get started simply click the 'Invite Family Member' button on the dashboard and follow the prompts.
Access to PodVault depends on the features included by your sponsoring organisation.
If PodVault is part of your access, clicking any link to the Vault will take you to the registration page so you can get started.
The PodVault is a secure space within Podplan where you can record important information for your family — such as key contacts, account details, and essential notes. It’s designed to help ensure the right people can quickly find what they need, if it’s ever required.
To use the PodVault, log in to your account and select Enter the Vault from the navigation menu. On your first visit, you’ll be prompted to register your Vault. After that, you can log in at any time to add or update your information.
If PodVault isn’t included in your current access, you can upgrade to a Premium membership, which includes all premium features.

Podplan is a digital later-life planning platform that helps people prepare before decisions become urgent.
Employers, insurers and financial advice firms provide access as part of their wider support offering. Once access is activated, individuals can create an account and get started.
After signing in, and subject to the access level agreed by your sponsoring organisation, users answer a small number of guided questions. This creates a personalised planning checklist to help them take practical steps early, rather than reacting under pressure later.
They can securely store important information, access guidance on support services and benefits, discover useful resources, and share access with up to four family members at no extra cost.
For organisations, Podplan delivers structured, proactive support at scale. For individuals and families, it provides clarity and a clear starting point.
Cancellation & Guarantee
To cancel, log in to your account, navigate to Account Settings -> Plans, and select "View or cancel subscription." Follow the prompts to confirm. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. If your access is provided through a third party and the cancel option isn't available, email us at support@mypodplan.co.uk, and we'll take care of it for you.
