Sharing Podplan with your family is easy.

Here are two simple ways to do it

Share Your Login Details

Give your family members your login info so they can explore the platform too. They’ll need the email address and password you used when signing up. Your account allows up to 5 devices to connect at the same time. For example, if you're logged in on your phone, desktop, and tablet, that leaves 2 connections available to share. To make the most of this feature, we recommend logging out when you’re done. If all 5 connections are active and a 6th device tries to log in, the oldest connection will be automatically removed.

Share Your Weekly PodPost Emails

You can either forward your weekly email or sign up family members directly using the form below. Just add their name and email, and they’ll receive a confirmation email. Once confirmed, they’ll start getting the same helpful updates every Saturday morning.

Is there a limit to how many family members I can add to PodPost emails?

Yes, you can add up to 4 extra people. However, they’ll need to log in to the website to access some of the resources highlighted in the emails.

Can I share my access with friends instead of family?

Yes, but keep in mind that sharing your access with more people increases the chance of reaching the 5-device limit. If this happens, you could lose access. We want Podplan to be a valuable tool for you and your support network, but we may terminate memberships if we detect misuse of access rights.
