Use the Postcode search tool on the CareHomeUK or HomecareUK websites to read reviews, view photos and create a short list. Note down both the name and postcode of each service you are considering.

Step 2 : verify the quality

Search your shortlist of providers by name on the Regulation and Quality Improvement Authority (RQIA) website. The RQIA is responsible for monitoring and inspecting care providers in Northern Ireland. Regular inspections take place and reports are published.
